Hi guys, I activated a friend of mines phone to public mobile last week. He switched his number From Bell.
Now when caller A tried to call the new added account all that happens is he get the 1UT1 message of the caller is unavailable. He is sitting about 5 feet from phone B (newly added number)
Phone A/B can text back and forth without problem, and phone B can call phone A. However phone A CANNOT call phone B. It's strange and I can not figure it out.
Anyone know what what be the problem?

Thanks, that makes sense. I have put in a ticket to the mods to look into it

@white_rabbit84 It sounds like an incomplete port. Did your friend leave the Bell SIM in and receive a text msg to allow the port? Have you done a reboot of the phone? If so, I think you'll need to contact CS Agent and get them to investigate the port.
