I have tried to reach out customer service agent one of agent she ask me to provider her new SIM card serial number and voucher pin than I send it to her but after that she didn’t get back to me I was wondering she will help me to get back my number but she haven’t reply me I was keep waiting for her reply… so what should I do now how someone can help me with this problem

You could have login to your account website or app and had the 2FA code sent by email then entered the new SIM card number and voucher number & PIN yourself.

Hi i send them a couple of message's let’s see..hopefully they will get back to me.

@Ali-5 could be just because it las late yesterday and the support centre closed. They will reply today. But probably a good idea to send them another message after 9AM EST to ask for status update
