Lost phone and locked out 2 factor

I need help asap. I lost my phone and I came down into my public mobile act as I have two factor authentication turned on and I can't get in my emails for the same reason and my phone is now on again and when I call someone answers and hangs up(must have took sim out as phone has high security. What do I do? I can't get in my act and I need to suspend my sim immediately. Thanks in advance

if you cannot get the code via email,  submit ticket with CS agent and ask them to help

@Jayao  Please submit ticket with support to help you regain access . You may want to call  around to local Telus Koodo store or order from Amazon a SIM card and then when your taking to support can have them SIM card swap the number for you to keep same phone number and plan and then you will have code sent to that new sim card to log into account

Please click this link below to message customer service. They will ask you questions to confirm the account is yours but they will be able to help you regain access and disable the SIM.
