Hello,
I lost my phone in a pile of snow and need to get a new one. If I order a new sim card, can I maintain my current subscription with new sim card and keep the subscription discount I currently have?

You definitely will maintain all account particulars!
When you get a new device and Sim card, simply go under the profile section of your self-serve account and there you can change the associated SIM card number associated with your file.
It may be quicker to pick up a replacement SIM card at a corporate Telus or Koodo location, if there is one near you.
