I just transferred my phoned number, porting team said it was successful. But when I try phone the number it said not on service. I tried to submit a ticket, but that never worked. I need technical support team, is there any way to contact to them? Thanks

Please note that your old SIM will continue to work up to 2 hours. Once it stops working then power off the phone and swap the SIM and power back on.

If the Public Mobile SIM card was inserted into the phone before porting had completed, a device restart is sometimes needed before the service will start working properly. Has that been done?
