I recently travelled to USA and purchased data and roaming coverage from Public Mobile. Neither services worked while I was away for 4 days. I have already reached out to Public and no response to date. May you please advise as I paid for services but was not able to use them whatsoever.

you tried to connect manually for both T-Mobile and AT&T? one of them should work
make sure you are not using 5G, set to 4G or LTE, and of course, data roaming need to be enabled on the phone

Sorry, but posting a message here is mostly the same as talking only to other customers. You'll need to wait for the response from a customer support agent. I'm assuming that when you said that you have reached out, that you've already opened a ticket or sent a private message to CS_Agent?
