Lost phone/SIM Card, How can I register a new SIM to My SAME account?!

Why is this so impossible with Public Mobile? 

I just want a new sim with my old phone number in a new phone and I cannot accomplish this SIMPLE BLOODY TASK.

Still struggling to figure out why this is hard for people to figure out.

Log into your account, click on "plans and addons", then click on "change SIM card". Not much more to it than that really.

Ninja'ed by 15 seconds.
