Why is this so impossible with Public Mobile?
I just want a new sim with my old phone number in a new phone and I cannot accomplish this SIMPLE BLOODY TASK.
HOW THE HELL DO I DO THIS?!

Log into your account, click on "plans and addons", then click on "change SIM card". Not much more to it than that really.
