@Botengu - give it a day or so, then check your payment history. You should see your rewards applied.

Just as long as you didn’t voluntarily switch to the Points Rewards system. You will be fine but once you switch unfortunately you can’t switch back.

Did you do an immediate plan change? If you did you do not get any rewards applied to the plan change.

Changing plans doesn't cause loss of rewards. If an immediately plan change was performed, rewards will be issued in a day or two.
