Hi, tried to send a support ticket but they had an error logging in even though it logs in here just fine.
Need help getting new username and password for my account. Thank you!

Skip the forgot password option since you do need the email. Contact mod through the link, provide both old and new email (verification). They will probably refer you to forgotten password after the email is fixed, you will want to know your security question answers though...

Community login and self-serve login are different as they are independent systems.
self-serve login is useing your email address and password supplied during online activation.

@Phoen1x- The onlyway to reset account for self serve is to open a ticket with moderator team using SImon the chatbot. If that doesn't work, you can try using private message. Go to your profile, click the envelope, and then New Message. Send the message to Moderator_team.

Username is your email address.
Use forgot password link to recover password.

Take note community forums. Is a different login separate from self serve account. That's why you're able to log in here on the forums.
