Android: call history, hit 3 dots next to number (similar process in text app). Go to call details, hit the 3 dots at top right for a block number option. Note they can still leave you voicemails and their calls won't come through/ring.

Skip the forgot password option since you do need the email. Contact mod through the link, provide both old and new email (verification). They will probably refer you to forgotten password after the email is fixed, you will want to know your security...
