How to recover account if email is no longer accessible? I have access to the phone number

@am220856 if you changed your email and you lost the password to login My Account, ask PM to help.

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

hi @am220856 

the email address used with PM My Account is just a login.  You can still use it to login My Account even you lost the access to the email

after you login My Account, go to Profile Page, click Manage EverSafe ID and you can then update the email address to another one

just in case you still cannot login PM My Account, ask PM support to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
