I’ve lost my phone in the water along with my SIM card I’ve bought a new phone and SIM card but cannot seem to activate my number again

No need to activate anything. Activation means Create New Account.

You want to Transfer your number to new SIM.
Go to Profile and there you can:

- Change phone number

- Change SIM number

- Transfer Phone Number

@Hallwander  You don’t want to activate it you just need to aim swap the number in your account like this

This can be done on the app also , but if you can’t log in get support to sim swap it for you to keep same phone number and plan
