Lost data

We purchased add on data of 1 GB and about 3 hours later without using the data much 74% of data was gone and we usually use 250mb in a month. 
How do we get back the lost data?

turn off all apps background.

 

It is very difficult to prove you lost data, but maybe you have away to prove it

then contact support by private message CS_Agent  with all prove photos.

Did you check your account (using computer)? Do you see transaction for 1GB? Did your CC get charged?

Usage report through account is the most accurate data/calls/sms tracking.

Did you receive a text saying you've used that much data...That text could be mistaken. Log in to your acct and see how much data is remaining.
