Lost access to my Public Mobile account and forgot which e-Mail I used for it.
How do I change the e-Mail/password associated with my account so I can add data to it?

You'll have to send a private message to CS_Agent and have them set up a new email address and password for your account or get you access to your account using the email address and password that you used before.

If you forgot your email the only option to get into your account is to contact CSA to help you out. Be ready to answer a lot of questions regarding your account to confirm that you are you.
If opening ticket does not work (as it does NOT work for me right now) try sending private message to CSA clicking here.
Link works and agent got back to me in a less than an hour; just be patient and watch for private mail notification (top right corner of the page)

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
and try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
check your email spam,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,
