I bought a 10 day US roaming add on and it worked great. I received a text today saying that it expires tomorrow. But today it doesn't work. When I try to make a call, it says it can't be completed because I used all my minutes. The add on is Unlimited talk! Plus, I can't purchase another 10 day add on because it's not listed with the other add ons. Can someone explain/help me with this?

and do Rebooting your phone ,This is quick and simple,to refreshing your network,
*what is meant by rebooting the device turn off and turn it back on.
make sure enable roaming on,
Try manually selecting either of AT&T or T-Mobile, whichever works best for you,
for Re-Purchase Add-ons you need to wait 25 hours after the expiry first Purchase Add-ons or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, to do it for you....

@Clooch The SMS can be delayed, can you please check in your 'my account' page that you still have it listed there.
If not, then it has expired already last night.
Wait 24 hours to get it again.
Option to contact support agents is always there to get the precise answer as they can see check the accounts.

@Clooch : hmm...that text should arrive the evening before.
Anyway...if you don't see anything roam-related in the Plan Details page then you can buy a different named add-on. So say you bought the talk/text/data bundle. You can buy the talk/text bundle or individual talk or text. Or wait out overnight or ask the CSA's to do it sooner.

@Clooch - You are in the USA right, just making sure...because all Roaming Addons are for use only whilst in the USA.
Do you have more than one Roaming addon showing in your Plan Details area?
If you are trying to purchase the same addon, you must wait the full 240 hours after your purchased the last one (it is a glitch) before you can add the new one.
OR, as CSA to add it for you. Two ways to contact CSA:
1- Put in a ticket through SIMon Bot (usually faster method to get in contact with the Public Mobile Customer Support) by clicking on the bottom, right chat bubble.
