My brother is in Nicaragua and he lost Sim card and is not able to login in the Account to request eSim card if is possible so he can log in his Public Mobile Account and other accounts that require to enter the Code sent to the phone

Go anywhere with WiFi and then log in to report a lose or stolen.

That is why I suggest to everyone to keep the PM SIM in a ziplock bag so you can find it again. The nano SIMs are very small and can be easily lost.
Did he try login on a computer and click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent by email so he can access his account?

He can request security code to be send to email.
Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options.

If he goes to login to his PM account, he can hit the didn’t receive code option and have the code sent to his email.
However, he will not be able to use Public Mobile service until he is back in Canada or in the US if he purchases a roaming add-on or has a Can-US plan. He can purchase a new eSIM by going on the app to the Subscription and Add-on’s section and then scrolling down and selecting “Shop SIM Card Now”. But it’s probably best for him to put his account on hold if it isn’t already and then purchase the eSIM when he is back in Canada as he will not be able to receive any texts while he is away.
