Hi..I lost my sim card. Can I get a replacement using my same phone number?

(If you are unable to login as you don't have a phone to receive the 2FA code: On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email) 

This part doesn't work for me, i cannot get to send email at all.

I went to both and they said they didn't have PM's sim cards, not sure if that's just my location or in general.

Yes you can order another one through Public Mobile or Amazon.

yes, you cam keep your number with the new sim card

Buy from Telis or Koodo store , then go to My Account's Profile page and change sim card there.

Yes, order one from Amazon for 5 bucks or get one at your nearest Telus/Koodo or other partner store. Find a location near you using this tool

Once you have your SIM card, go to your self-serve account, then go to 'Profile' and then change the SIM Card Number.
Note: If it asks you for a code to log in, select "Didn't get the code" and have it sent via email.

Order a new sim card but not to "activate" the sim, instead, you want to tie your sim card to your existing account

Get a Public Mobile sim card from


Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)

Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request
