You have lost your phone @interceptor1001 but not your phone number and account. It’s very simple to go in your self serve account as mentioned above and do it yourself. If you still have problem don’t be shy and ask help from the moderator here...

No problem, log into self serve https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ then go to plans & add-ons then change sim and insert the new number
