I registered for Public Mobile two days ago and I decided to sign up for a new number while I wait for a porting of my Koodo #. Apparently, the porting was successful and my Koodo account got deactivated for that number, but the number I got after the port was different from my original Koodo number. I tried porting again to my original Koodo number, but I only get an error from the porting self serve and it tells me to contact Public Mobile.
I've already contacted them via email as said on their website a while ago, but no response yet. Will I be able to get my original number back even though I've already ported a new number onto my Public Mobile sim?

Hopefully the mods can help you get your number back, because you made a big mistake by doing what you did. Never port and then sign up for a new number.
You can tag the mods in the forum as well in order to be added to the queue I believe. I'll tag one for you, hopefully your number can be saved.
