Hello,
I used to have Province-wide talk plan for 25, then one month nothing and now I would like to change it and pay for 10 CAD Plan (Canada-wide talk 50 min + International Texts 50). The GUI have a button that does not work. What can I do to reactivate and use my number?

@jakubf Since your account is currently expired/suspended, you must contact the mod team as suggested above to change your plan.

@jakubf, if your account has been suspended you need moderator team assistance to change plans. Contact them as already instructed.
