Double payment no refund!?!?

Hi,
I accidental made a double payment and contacted admin (Syed) says I cannot get a refund for one of the payments. He did not even offer me an alternative solution and just put a wall up. What kind of Customer service are you providing public mobile?? I've only had just over one month of service and I've paid nearly $300 for service??
I had signed up in October and then changed my plan to take advantage of the promo that was recently offered. All I wanted to do is change my plan and be able to use it asap.
I've read on past posts here that this seems to be an issue already with other people. Please help.

When did you sign up in Oct. and when did you change to the new promo plan?

 

I got the double payment issue too, once everything is up and running double check with your CC statement/bank account again.

 

If the charge doesn't go away notify CC and they'll take care of I guess.
