Hello,
I am looking for a moderator to help me port my old phone number from Koodo. I just activated with Public Mobile a few minutes ago. As per activation instructions you are suppose to select a new number if currently a Koodo customer. I also was referred but don't see the credit in my account, I'm assuming it just takes some time.

It takes up to 3 days for the $10 credit to be applied. May be discounted from credit card.
To port your number from Koodo there is an option on your "my account" with public mobile. You go to your account overview and look at the right a click change number. There is an option to Port the number in there.
