I don't have access to my public mobile account. I didnt register and have lost my sim card. I would like close my account completely, can someone please assist me?

@Kiaras2001 Submit a ticket to PM. Note that you need to be able to prove that you are the owner of the account before they will consider doing anything.

To remove autopay from your account call 1 855 4PUBLIC.

@Kiaras2001 did you activate your sim card? Was your credit card charged? Also, how did you activate? Instore or online? Thanks. If online amd you've access to your self service account. Log in and remove your autopay credit card.

@Kiaras2001 if you aren't registered for auto-pay it will automatically cancel the account starting from the day it gets deactivated from not renewing your service
I would suggest contacting customer support so you can create an account to manage this
