If after waiting, and trying other's suggestions, you are still unable to access your account, here are the methods to contact CSA.

@wwaann Maybe it is just a temporary lock. You can try back in an hour.
After an hour, if you still cannot logon, try the Forgot Password link.
If you are unable to reset password at that point, you will have to open a ticket with PM to get the password reset

Wait 30 minutes, clear cache and cookies, open incognito tab, try again.
Sometimes using a different browser works too.
