Do you know why it's locked?
If it's asking for unlock code, then Public Mobile can help. You would need to message them at the link below.

if it is sim card lock and sim card PUK you are looking for, you can ask PM for help. I doubt you can login to use Chatbot to open ticket, so just message PM here
