My autopay didn’t go through, when I try to login I get a code sent to my number and I login but there is no account info, it is trying to get me to set up a new account and SIM card. I have been active for a few years now

HI @Tj1984  I think you have not login since PM changed everyone to EverSafe login.  Usually when you see that page, it means the system didn't migrate your My Account onto the new EverSafe.  No worries, please submit ticket with CS agent and they can sort it out

@Andy85 @When I do get logged in it just prompts me to resume activation and select a plan and SIM card but I have had this account for a couple of years

No, I put in the 6 digit code and it logs in, has my name but no account info just wants me to setup like a new customer

@Tj1984 you might need to register for the new Eversafe login. Were you prompted to set that up?
