Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Quite often the website has cache issues. You can try clearing the cache in your browser and go into incognito mode or try to log into his account in a different browser all together. Sometimes, when logging into to two accounts, that's when the "cache" mixes things up when logging in causing errors.
