I have just registered in the community with my email and password is that the information I use to login to my account cause I'm trying to register for my account online so that I can make a payment to my phone as my bill is up and I still need to pay my bill

@Bwabano22 Login in to your Public Mobile account is different from Community.
Account: email and password
Community: user name (that you create) and password

Ok when I first signed up with them I went into the store they never mentioned anything about online account. And I just don't have the time to go into the store so I am trying to make a payment online with a credit card any idea how I can do it or if it's even possible? Thanks for the info btw

Community and account are entirely separate logins. If you signed up in a store and never made an account then you'll need help from the support people.
You can also buy vouchers and dial 611 to enter them. You can also use real time payments in some stores.
