Ok so I have tried several times to receive e-mails for resetting my password no luck. So I may have all of my login details messed up where do I go from here? I do have my phone number and account number

As mentioned above, you will need to contact moderator to gain access to your self service account.  FYI, response time from moderators is longer than usual.  Up to 1-2 days response times.

 

You can try dialing 611 on your phone to do some basic account tasks:

If you activated yourself then you should have received a welcome email. That is your login username.

If you activated in store, did you then come here and create an account on the right side of the page that you tried the password reset?

You might also check your spam/junk folders to see if the password reset landed in there.
