trying to reset my password to Login to my Public account. It is just giving me an error when I provide my email that it is not correct. Can anyone assist with getting access back to my Public Online

Is your account active? Are you in suspension mode?
To contact CSA-agent to reset your login id/password there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@jthompson64 are you a current customer that has activated a SIM card with public mobile in the past?
If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days your account is closed and you lose your phone number and access to self serve.
If you never created an account before for her, and the account is still ACTIVE, register for one here:
