I just tried login to both self serve and rewards portals, chrome running on W11 OS. All is fine. I suspect the issue is with cookies and cache.

Must be some lingering issues after recent "upgrades" to PM website. Woulda been nice if they hadda worked out the bugs before the upgrade !! 🙄

I too am having issues logging into the rewards portal this morning. It's saying
Error: Server Error
The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds.

@brynbamber What error do you get? Try using Incognito mode or try on another different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox) and see if it works

I just tried and works ok for me....using Firefox
I also tried logging in using incognito mode and it wouldn't work...same similar message as you.
