I regiastered in the Community, and received the confirmation of my email, but now when I try to login it won't let me recover a password.
Should I just register a new username and password?

Hmm. Uncertainty and ambiguity.
There are two parts to Public Mobile here. One is the self-serve My Account. The other is the Community.
The My Account password reset function isn't working.
I've never tried with the Community. Sure. You could go ahead and create another Community id. Just be sure to use the same email that is in your My Account.

@PeterL, no don't have to and you should not. Are you sure you did not mis-enter the information? It is important to make sure your email for the community forum and your account match so that if you do pick up community participation rewards, it will go into the right account. If you need to try and recover the community login, reach out to the moderator team for support. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.
