I tried to log into my Public Account today to add an add-on, but everyone I login, it doesn't show any subscriptions. It keeps trying to get me to activate a new subscription but I've been a member for years now. Very confused, not sure how to contact customer service either. Please advise, thanks!

I have set up Eversafe within the last few months. When i log in, it tells me to reactivate and when I hit that button, I get the second screen with no options in the menu either to get to my account. But My account and number have been operational this whole time!

Have you login in your self service recently in the last several months? Do you remember signing up for the new Eversafe login? Public mobile switched over to Eversafe in May 2023
