I don’t have my email anymore attached to my account I know my password but when signed in it wants to verify me but doesn’t give an option to send code to my phone. How do I get an agent to update my email? I called 611 to update my payment that way because I didn’t have enough funds to pay until today and I don’t know my pin! Please help thank you!

I did contact agent they said I need to do a private message? Or talk to Simon and he is not helping!

@Christinacarlso Try on another browser, there should be an option to send code to your phone for logging in
But, with your email address no longer in use, open a ticket with PM CS agent to have them update the email address:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
