Suggested Ticketing system might not work properly. If it fails first time to create a ticket, send a private message to the CSA by clicking here.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
The knowledgeable members on this community forum are PM subscribers like you and I. We cannot access your PM account. This is the reason why other members on this thread recommended to create a support ticket for CSA to fix your issue. Only CAS can access your PM account and they are PM employees.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,

For these kinds of problem you'll have to contact PublicMobile Support and open a ticket.
You can click on the chat bubble on the bottom right, you'll have to type "forgot log in information" then click on "contact us" , "submit a ticket" and you'll be able to submit a ticket in a new page
