Got my sim card and paid for subscription. Can't activate sim card through app: it gives me the runaround. It tells me to log in, but I am logged in. It tells me to "Get support", but it doesn't work. Can anyone please help?

Not yet. I did message someone at the link that hTideGnow sent and got a response, but am waiting for a solution to the problem.

yes, you need support agent to help to complete the setup on the account for you

Yes, I used the app and completed everything, but it says "Step 6 - Subscription not activated. Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact a customer support agent." So I've done that quite a few times but don't get any help.

are you using the Public Mobile app? at this stage (after you got the sim card) you need to use the app to complete the activation.
or if you have trouble still, ask support agent to help

PS: I'm told to "Get support", but that doesn't work either.
