My partners phone was dropped and broke.

 

We are now trying to access her account to switch phones and it is saying we have the wrong email and it's not the wrong email

If forget email or reset password is not working, then you will need to contact customer service agent.  Send a private message as described in first post.  It will take several hours to up to one day for response.  The response times seems longer than usual.

If you are sure email is right, try reset password 

But try the reset and login using browser with incognito mode

@Karlwall2  You can try forgot email option or forgot password option see if that helps if same ask support to help
