eSIM not installed please contact support BUT SUPPORT DOESNT ANSWER

i’ve been a customer here for over a year. i’ve been having this issue since yesterday where my service stopped working and when I log into the app, it says eSIM cannot be installed. Please contact support and it’s nearly impossible to speak to somebody. I have been trying since yesterday and this chat block keeps throwing me for a loop even when it says submit a ticket I get a 404 code and when I try to do anything on the app, it needs to send a verification code to my phone number, but that’s not possible because my phone number is not working. Super frustrated ready to rip my hair out. Please help.

I am able to login, but the chat bought keeps telling me to submit a ticket, and when I try, I get a 404 code. I haven’t had any luck being able to reach out to a real person this far.
