My partners phone was dropped and broke. We are now trying to access her account to switch phones and it is saying we have the wrong email and it's not the wrong email
We have been trying to connect a phone for 4 days and nothing but disappointing results. Does anyone have an actual human contact number 
Trying to transfer a Saskatchewan 306 number and it is saying it's an out of country number 
Why am I getting error code 2 and my service has been horrible  home page different.  Everything thing is a total mess and no support I have been a client for over 6 years and this is not acceptable
