I am trying to complete my activation. I downloaded the app and started it, but when I click the Log In button, it highlights briefly but doesn't do anything else. I tried restarting the phone, deleting the app and reinstalling it, and clearing the data and cache - same result. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A32 5G phone using Android 13 with 12 GB of free space. Any suggestions before I give up?

For those having the same problem, I was able to get it resolved by disconnecting my VPN. After that, the Log In button worked.

Oh, and I'm not using an eSIM, I'm using a real SIM card.

I would have thought that I needed to run the app on the phone I'm activating. Is this not the case?
If I don't have another phone, can I run the activation process on my computer or on my tablet?

if you are not trying to activate esim, can you try it on another phone?
or if you have no other phone to try, then submit a ticket with CS agent, they can help with the rest of the activation steps. Submit by direct message
