@Joann5, when you say locked is it because you have forgotten the account password, or is there another reason why your account is locked? If you are having trouble getting in you can click on "Didn't get the code" and request to have the verification code sent by email or you can reach out to a customer support agent for assistance:

@Joann5 If your locked out you need to wait one full hour and try again with new web browser and do so incognito mode /private mode or from another device or can also try the app instead if you haven’t already
