I am locked out on my account And need to make a payment asap, I do not have access to the email I created the account with to reset the password. I’ve had this number for 3 years now and I can’t lost it.

When time really is of the essence knowing where you can purchase and load a voucher via 611 or by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone number can be the difference between the life and death of your account. This post should help for future reference...

The 611 idea mentioned would need your 4 digit account pin to use a registered credit card. If you buy a voucher in stores or online then that does not need the pin. You can also do instant top-up in a few stores. Then you can take your time to fix your account access.

HI @Krista95   usually within 1 to 2 hours.

 

If you do not receive anything after 1.5 hours, send them another ticket
