If you already created a ticket, just keep your eyes on the envelope icon above this page for the CS_Agent to get back to you.

Were you porting your number over to Public Mobile?

@art2022 Hi you shouldn’t need an iemi number to contact a cs agent if you have a ticket number look for the little envelope top right corner for a reply
