@Bryceheath - are you currently in a nonpay/suspended status? If so, after 90 days in this status, you lose your account, phone number and access to self serve account.
Otherwise, see @hTideGnow 's post to help you get your access back with CSA.

I am assuming you know your email you used for your self serve bc you prob used the same one for the community. If you can't recall security question for forget password, you can get a CSA to sort it out once you answer some verification questions.

If you still cannot login, use the Forgot Password link to reset the password
If still unable to get in, then open ticket with CS Agent.
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- First type: "Forgot log in information"
- Then Click "Contact Us"
- Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
