Hello; I'm locked out of my main account, and i've waited 8 hours from the one hour time out period. Talking to "chat" put me in an endless loop of useless "please log in to reset your password" crap.
It says to send a direct message to support, but then you have to type in who you're sending the message to... and 'support' is not an option

if you have not tried both app and browser yet, please do so. When you are trying on the browser, please use Incognito mode
If you tried both and still does not work, please open ticket by direct message using the link below:
