@Kas2 - okay, so you had service up until 5-6 hours before posting that?
Self serve does seem to have been down for overnight, not sure if that was affecting your log in ability. You put in a ticket last night? Do you mind sharing what the CSA may provide?

@Kas2 You called 1-855-4PUBLIC and if it said it cannot find you number ? If so, then your account was somehow closed
there could be 2 reasons for that since you only lost service for couple hours
1. Some had access to your My Account and ported your number away
2. You have requested a chargeback to a PM or Koodo charge on your credit card. PM will immediately suspend/close your account in such situation.
I suggest you open ticket with PM Support to understand what happened
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@Kas2 any chance you have a chargeback on your credit card for a PM or Koodo charge?
if you call 1-855-4PUBLIC, enter your phone number, what does it tell you after? can it find your phone number?
