Did you try to enter your Self Serve account but entered the wrong password too many times?
Try again in 15 minutes and click on Forgot Password.

@Jperson - if you had too many failed attempts you will be temporarily locked out of Self Serve/My Rewards.
Wait 15 minutes then try again. When you do open a tab in incognito mode, it may be less finicky that way.
Also note..if you are in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 day, then you lost access to your account..including your phone number.

@Jperson Did you try the forgot password link? Enter the correct email and then answer the security question.
If you are unable to reset password that way, you will have to open a ticket with PM Support:

Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
