Hi

i got locked out because of the wrong password and wrong answer for the security question.

Please let me be able to change my password.

If you tried to log in using incorrect password your account will be locked for an 1-2 hours. If you remember password in the meantime you can try again.

If not, try forgotten password option. You have to provide security answer, though.

If everything failed, contact CSA. Get ready to provide bunch of personal info to identify yourself when requested.

HI @yoonjang   You probably don't remember your password at the moment?  if you think you still have the correct password, you can wait an hour and try login again.  The lock could be just a temporary one hour lock

 

But if you are certain you do not know the password, then open a ticket with PM support 

using Chatbot

click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

  1. type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Put "password reset" in the subject line of your private message and the CSA will send you a password reset. Once you then reset it take the time to write down your new password, security question and answer and your 4 digit account pin # if you remember it and put in a safe place for future reference.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent

them will reset for you,

 

  • send a private message to Customer Support Agent by Click Here link,

You can try the change password link again in a few minutes in some cases, or in an hour at the most.

 

Push comes to shove, you can just send a private message to CS_Agent with your account details so they can restore your account access.
