Hi I've made several login attempts on two public mobile numbers of my and my wife's, locked out of both accounts. Resetting password gives the same locked out message even after a few hours of trying. Would you be able to help me, locked out for a few days? I can send more details upon request

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

@JonnyN have you been trying on the Public Mobile website? If so, try clearing the browser's cache or signing in incognito and using a different browser. Have you tried on using the Public Mobile app on your device?
